The frame is aluminium alloy, which keeps the unit light enough to reposition between sessions while staying rigid under the carriage through long class days. Unlike a timber frame, aluminium does not swell or shift with the damp air of a studio that is mopped daily, so the carriage stays level and the ride stays consistent.
